We charge a £5 flat rate for diagnosis which also covers the first 15 minutes of your repair, and once your item is received, it will be booked into our booking system. With this in mind, we charge labour at £20 per hour for airsoft, and £30 per hour for air rifles charged at 15-minute increments – if we only work for 15 minutes, we will only charge you for 15 minutes. Once we have examined the piece, we can provide you with a rough price guide and talk to you about what will be required for the repair, but until we open up your gun, we are not sure what we are dealing with! We do not have a fixed price plan, and work on the length of time it will take to repair your gun.
All of our services are conducted by one of our wonderfully talented techs, and you can rest assured you will get the best possible service. We can also offer a full servicing of your gun and even upgrading your weapon. We have an extensive range of spares for a number of different manufacturers, and we can even order in some parts should we not have them in stock. If you are having an issue with a piece of equipment, we just might be able to help. This item can be shipped outside the United Kingdom and can be delivered to you direct.Here at Surplus Store, we have a very well regarded airsoft repairs department and we are also an authorised Air Arms service centre, meaning if you have a problem with your airsoft guns or air guns, we can help! If you do not have the old part or do not want to send it to us then the order will have to be sent to a Registered Firearms Dealer with whom you MUST make arrangements to accept this part on your behalf. The original item MUST be sent to us by recorded delivery. If you are sending the old part please make a note of this in the ‘Comments’ section of your order.
We can only send pistons to you direct if you first send the old part to us for exchange. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, a £2.50 administration fee will apply upon refund to rectify the error.
